The Gay-Kimball Library offers many useful databases through NHew Link, provided by the New Hampshire State Library. These databases are full of useful articles and are free for the use of all library patrons. Contact the Library at 242-7743 or at library@troylibrary.us for the appropriate logins and passwords.

Popular databases include:
- EBSCO : a database providing access to full-text articles from nearly 2,000 magazines, journals, and reference titles. Everything from popular titles to specialty publications are included.
Patrons may also search for articles using easy-to-use databases geared towards elementary, middle, and high school students.
- NoveList : need help finding what to read next, or remembering a book you read long ago? Try NoveList. This database allows patrons to access title lists and reviews, browse subjects, and search for similar titles.
- NewsBank : access full-text of The Union Leader and The New Hampshire Sunday News, the Concord Monitor, and more.
- HeritageQuest : access books, the Federal Census, PERSI and more to help discover information about your family roots.
- Biography Resource Center : a database containing biographical information on over 400,000 people, famous to not-so-famous. Excellent for school reports.
