MOTION to accept Selectwoman Guelcher’s resignation: Chair Thackson SECOND Selectmen Hopkins 2-0-0 Chair Thackston nominates Tim Byrnes as new Selectmen MOTION to nominate Timothy S. Byrnes: Chair Thackson SECOND Selectmen Hopkins 2-0-0
MOTION to elect Timothy S. Byrnes to serve as Selectman until voting in March: Chair Thackson SECOND Selectmen Hopkins 2-0-0

RE: Letter of resignation.
Members of the Board:
It is my duty as a Selectwoman to inform the Board of Selectmen of my resignation. It has been and should continue to be a board that maintains consistent standards and adheres to all laws put forth by the State of New Hampshire.
In light of the meeting on December 6, 2018, and the decision of the Board to not revise nor conform to New Hampshire RSA 35-B, Section 3 and Section 4, as advised by legal counsel and the State of New Hampshire, to bring the Recreation Committee into compliance and to proceed legally going forward, I hand in my resignation as of December 10, 2018.
