Selectmen Present: Richard Thackston, Curtis Hopkins, Tim Wilson
Chairman Thackston opened meeting at 6:05pm

A recess was called until the meeting was reopended at 7:14pm.
Members of the public present: Richard HKS Thackston, Matthew Meacham, Dan Lang, Joe Hoppock, Pat Hunter,
New Business: Chief Ellis asked that the Board appoint Tabitha Dirienzo MOTION by Selectmen Hopkins, SECOND by Selectmen Wilson VOTES 3-0-0.
A Petition and Pole License for Map 38 Lot 4, Colonial Drive was approved. MOTION by Selectmen Hopkins, SECOND by Selectmen Wilson VOTES 3-0-0.
Lisa Steadman presented before the Board and reviewed the success of the school lunch program that Troy Elementary has been supplying. The Board thinks this is a fantastic program.
Dan Lang presented the option of adding an addition on the Samuel E. Paul Community Center using non taxpayer funds. Chair Thackston suggested that a Warrant Article for next Town Meeting.
The New Town Administrator asked about alternates on various Town Boards and Committees.
Pat Hunter, of NH Homes, LLC. asked about her Certificate of Use for that she has yet to receive. The Selectmen’s office will assist with that. Pat Hunter also asked about her property that she is believed to being incorrectly taxed on. The Board requested that she send an email to the Selectmen’s office to describe in detail.
Lisa Steadman presented the Complete Streets application she has been working on(attached)
The Board approved to removed $10,000 from the Highway and Street fund, endorse her request and furnish a letter with their approval.
Richard HKS Thackston commented on one of the new stop signs at Prospect and High St. Numerous cars have been seen running through the stop signs. There has been a lot of criticism on Facebook.
The ZBA needs to notice two public hearings and the Selectman’s office will assist with that.
A heating tracking system was proposed by Richard HKS Thackston.
The Troy Transfer Station is not currently taking papers to recycle due to COVID-19 and when they do receive paper, there is a storage, sorting and lack of profit concerns.
A bid from 4LEAF for Building Inspector was reviewed.
Revenue processes was reviewed. The Board suggested we continue as we have been for now.
Kimball Hall bids from C.W Davis Construction and Goulet Windows and Siding. TABLED pending Historical Society review and RFP.
MOTION for the Town to accept up to $50,562 for COVID grant money by Selectmen Hopkins, SECOND by Selectmen Wilson VOTES 3-0-0.

Report of Cut on Richard Lawrence Map 11 Lot 8 was approved MOTION by Selectmen Hopkins, SECOND by Selectmen Wilson VOTES 3-0-0.

The Board read an offer from NHDOT regarding land for sale for $35,000 plus an administration fee of $11,000. The Board declines to purchase MOTION by Selectmen Hopkins, SECOND by Selectmen Wilson VOTES 3-0-0
Board Report:
Selectmen Hopkins stated that the beach at Sand Dam is closed due to high levels of E.coli.
Selectmen Hopkins updated the Board on Samuel E Paul Community Center events:
Breakfast at the Community Center, first Saturday of each month, 7am-10am, take out only at the Community Center
The Community Dinner was a success, see Facebook Community Center Facebook Page for more details on for the next dinner.
Summer camp is up and running. Social distancing is being practiced.
