Selectmen Present: Richard Thackston, Curtis Hopkins, Barbara Guelcher
Chairman Thackston opened meeting at 7:57 P.M.

Public Comments: None
Correspondence: Chair Thackston read a letter about CAI and the mapping for the Town of Troy.
Also Chair Thackston read a notice of foreclosure for a property on 13 Memorial Drive. Chair Thackston reviewed an email regarding the future utility maintenance work in the 379 Transmission Line ROW.
Meals on Wheels corresponded with the Selectmen via email regarding their location change and the unpaid balance. Approval to pay balance of $748.50 out of Selectmen’s budget. MOTION Selectwoman Guelcher SECOND Selectmen Hopkins VOTE 3-0-0

Chair Thackston read the drafted letter to the Monadnock Budget committee letting the school know they support their efforts and the Board will try to make it to the meeting. MOTION Selectwoman Guelcher SECOND Selectmen Hopkins VOTE 3-0-0
Chair Thackston reviewed that penalties from the New Hampshire Retirement System. Suggested the Board wait to pay and see if the penalties can be reduced.

Chair Thackston reviewed the New Hampshire Department of Labor laws on volunteers.
Chair Thackston reviewed the Census and stated the town did not have the manpower to be doing it.

Chair Thackston read the Executive Summary
Announcements: Selectwoman Guelcher announced that the building on Route 12 with the septic problems will be getting a letter of deficiency pending approval from the Department of Environmental Services.
Selectwoman Guelcher also let the Board know that a new lock for the Selectmen’s office door is en route.
Chair Thackston announced that the town employees will be given a refund for the “fifth week” health insurance withholdings and that the town will go to the 52 week health insurance withholding effective 08-01-18.
Chair Thackston made a motion to go into non-public under RSA 91-A:3 IIe.
