Board of Trustees Meeting November 4, 2020
Members Present: Kristan Tilton, Rebecca Hackler and Library Director Catherine Callegari

Kristan called the meeting to order at 4:32 pm
Kristan motioned to accept the October 7, 2020 meeting minutes as written, seconded by Rebecca Vote: all in favor
Treasurers Report- Total Library accounts $10,816
Checking: $ 6,624 Memorial Fund: $ 653 ( Austin $ 3071 )
Fines: $ 77 Petty Cash: $391
Librarian Statistics-
Door count: 716 Meeting Room Usage: 11 Overdues: 40 items
Circulation 1,534 Computer usage: 41 Program & Outreach attendance: 142
Highlights- Activities/ Events
Old Business
• Operating Budget- Library budget, Trust funds – on target for expenses
• Library Covid costs to date is 1,740 – a reimbursement request has been submitted to the town for 1,263
• Library trust fund allocation is approx. 11,000
• Library building power washing is completed
• Budget committee meeting completed – copies of budget documents provided to the trustees
New Business
• An additional air purifier was purchased for the circulation desk area
• Library Assistant – not filling the position at this time, current staff will cover the shifts
• Discussion on PTO time and carry over time policy
• Mame Bisaccio will be completing the steps to take over as trustee replacing Peg
• Discussion on check signing and next steps
