Public Hearing 2: August 29, 2016

PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF TROY

Monday, August 29, 2016 5:02 p.m.

Selectmen Present: William T. Matson, Allan Bailey and Barbara Guelcher

 

Chairman Matson called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.

Public Hearing to accept OHRV ordinance.

Chairman Matson explained how the hearing will go.  

Chairman Matson reads RSA 41:11 and RSA 215-A:9

Chief David Ellis asked if we could add Class IV roads.  Selectmen Bailey state that is something that could be added if the Select Board votes on it.

Adam Cutts – can we add rail trails to ordinance. Selectmen Bailey stated that we can’t add the rail trails because they belong to the State and the State sets those laws.

Chairman Matson asked if there were any more questions or comments.

Chairman Matson MOVED to close the Public Hearing at 5:07 pm SECOND Selectmen Baily      VOTE unanimous
