Selectmen Bailey called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Selectmen Bailey MOVED to accept Selectmen Meeting Minutes from September 28, 2015 SECOND Selectmen Matson VOTE unanimous
Selectmen Matson MOVED to accept Mooselick Brewery Sign Application SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous
Selectmen Matson MOVED to wait on the Health Officer Inspection at Monica DaSilvia’s till after she gets the zoning exception for the daycare she is applying to the State to open SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous
Selectmen Matson MOVED to have Alissa Fox send the Beaupre paperwork over to the insurance company as was suggested by Silas Little SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous
Selectmen Matson MOVED to contact Mary Nicholas and see if she wants someone to come take a look at her property to determine if it is in fact a one family now opposed to its current 2 family status SECOND Selectmen Bailey
Selectmen Matson MOVED to wait another week on the oil bids to see if any more come in SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous
5:25 pm Bruce Summers from Worldwide Computers – Selectmen Matson wanted to ask Mr. Summers if he had any suggestions for next year’s budget that we should be doing for the computer systems. Mr. Summers suggested to update the Highway Department’s computer and printer. Mr. Summer’s would also like to get the tax collectors other computer that is not on the server, onto the server for backups. The cost for the additional computer being on the server would be $20 a month. Mr. Summers also suggested we add a few hours a month for maintenance in case he does need to work on the computers. Mr. Summers is going to work on a proposal for next year’s budget.
Selectmen Matson MOVED to change next week’s Selectmen’s meeting to Tuesday, October 13, 2015 SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous
Selectmen Matson and Selectmen Bailey would like Bob Norton from the Recreation Committee to come in on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 5:30 and start to go over the recreation budget.
Selectmen Matson MOVED to adjourn at 6:04 pm SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous.
