Selectmen Present: Howard M. Sheats, Jr. Allan Bailey, and William T. Matson

                                                                                                                       

Chairman Sheats called the meeting to order at 4:04 p.m.

Selectmen Bailey MOVED to accept Selectmen Meeting Minutes and Non-Public Meeting Minutes from November 16, 2015 SECOND Selectmen Matson VOTE unanimous

Alan Leholta Abatement – Selectmen Matson MOVED to abate $1,337.00 of Alan Leholta’s property taxes for 2015 due to the house on the property burning down SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous

Rental Housing Ordinance – Selectmen Bailey MOVED to table the rental housing ordinance review from Carol Oglive till next week’s meeting SECOND Selectmen Matson VOTE unanimous

14 County Lane Complaint Letter Follow-up – Chairman Sheats read the letter that Daniel Moore wrote to Jeanie Hopkins. Selectmen Bailey MOVED to accept the letter as written SECOND Selectmen Matson VOTE unanimous

Water / Sewer Easement Letter from Attorney Little – Alissa Fox explained to the Select Board that Marcy Johnson stated that David and Alex Johnson are meeting with Justin from the Water/Sewer Department. Chairman Sheats stated that this is Water/Sewer business and the Select Board do not need to do anything with it.

4:17 pm Selectmen Bailey called a non-public meeting under the RSA 91-A:3, II, (j) and RSA 91-A:5, IV.

4:35 pm Selectmen Bailey MOVED to come out of non-public session SECOND Selectmen Matson VOTE unanimous

Selectmen Matson MOVED to add property owner to the building permit application SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous

Selectmen Bailey MOVED to close the Town Offices at 3:00 pm on November 25, 2015 for Thanksgiving SECOND Selectmen Matson VOTE unanimous

Selectmen Matson MOVED to close the Town Offices at 3:00 pm on December 24, 2015 for Christmas and also on December 31, 2015 for New Year’s SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous

Mrs. Fox questioned the Select Board on how important is it to have Friday hours. Selectmen Bailey MOVED to leave the Selectmen’s Office Hours as they have been during the Summer SECOND Selectmen Matson VOTE 2 in favor 1 opposed

Chairman Sheats MOVED to adjourn at 5:00 pm SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous
