Monday, June 22, 2015 5:00 p.m.
Selectmen Present: Howard M. Sheats, Jr., Gideon L. Nadeau, Sr and William T. Matson
Chairman Sheats called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Jim Dicey – Paving Prices – Mr. Dicey can have M & L paving do the paving and he charges by the hour for his trucks and charges a day charge for his men and he pays for the pavement. Mr. Dicey explained that if the town pays for the pavement it will be more expensive. The Select Board VOTED: unanimously to have M & L Paving pay for the pavement.
Review of the minutes from June 15, 2015 Selectmen Matson MOVED to accept minutes SECOND Selectmen Nadeau VOTE unanimous
Payment Plans for possible Deeded Property – The Select Board would like to have Ms. Baxter, Mr. and Mrs. Lansdon, and Rachel Adair to come in on Monday, June 29, 2015 and go over payment plans. Chairman Sheats called Rhonda Fish to also come in on Monday, June 29, 2015 to go over her property taxes before the town deeds it.
Electrical Work on Pavilion at Sand Dam – TABLED for next week’s Selectmen’s minutes.
Rhonda Sheats Hours at Selectmen’s Office – After response from LGC Selectmen Matson MOVED to pay Mrs. Sheats as a self-employed bookkeeper for 188.25 hours worked at a rate of $29.34 per hour for a total of $5,523.25 SECOND Selectmen Nadeau VOTE 2 approve 1 abstain
Driveway Permit for Jordan Beal – The driveway permit needs to add RSA 236:13 to it before the Select Board will approve the driveway permit.
Alan Lepisto, Current Use – Mr. Lepisto will have to reapply next year due to the RSA stating that the current use change is due by April 15th. The Select Board asked the administrative assistant to send him a letter explaining.
NH Retirement System bill for Cindy Satas’s retirement account – The Select Board would like the administrative assistant to call and find out why this money is owed and why it wasn’t taken out of her check.
Selectmen Matson MOVED to adjourn at 6:08 pm SECOND Selectmen Nadeau VOTE: unanimous
