Chairman Thackston opened meeting at 6:31 P.M.
Members of the Public Present : Mark Mcleroy, Jacqueline Livingston, Muriel Mcleroy, Weltha Barker , Marge Shepardson, Richard Thackston
Public Comments: Mark Mcleroy presents before the board with a building permit to replace a deck at his residence. MOTION Selectwoman Guelcher SECOND Selectmen Hopkins VOTE 3-0-0
Marge Shepardson spoke about concerns about a VA Credit for a Thomas Gauthier. Assurances were made that the board and the Administrative Assistant will be working directly with the DRA to have this rectified quickly.
Correspondence: Chair Thackston reminded the board about the school funding meeting. The meeting is 7-19-2018 at 7PM, Chair Thackston suggested that a letter be drafted to the school letting the school know they support their efforts and the Board will try to make it to the meeting.
