Selectmen Present: Howard M. Sheats and William T. Matson
Chairman Sheats called the meeting to order at 4:56 p.m.
4:56 pm Jim Dicey – Mr. Dicey ordered a few more boxes of blue bags. Mr. Dicey is requesting that on next year’s budget we budget $1,200 for recreation department to get 3 more trash cans with lids so that the trash won’t keep getting spread around down at Sand Dam. PSNH needs to have access to the end of Prospect St to be able to go up to the power lines. Mr. Dicey gave PSNH permission to make any repairs to the road behind the Jalava property. Selectmen Matson asked when the staining of the deck would be done down at the Community Center. Mr. Dicey said that it will be done this week. Selectmen Matson suggested we take the flag down in front of the Town Hall that was at half-staff for Gideon Nadeau and put it into a memorial box and have it engraved in memory of Mr. Nadeau. The Selectmen’s meeting will be changed to Tuesday, September 22, 2015 instead of Monday, September 21, 2015.
5:20 pm Bob Norton, Recreation Committee Chairman – Mr. Norton went over Roller Skating contract with the Select Board. Mr. Norton would like to have some events such as yoga to be at no charge. Chairman Sheats stated that we need the income coming in to keep the Community Center going. Mr. Norton would like to see an after school program for the children who can’t afford the aces program. Mr. Norton was thinking that maybe seniors and teachers could donate time for an after school program. Mr. Norton says he can lock and unlock the Community Center till a recreation director is in place. Chairman Sheats told Mr. Norton to take applications for the recreation director and have the recreation committee decide on who they would like for the position. Mr. Norton was given keys to the Community Center.

Chairman Sheats MOVED to call Sterling Cleaners and have them start the mold cleanup at Kimball Hall SECOND Selectmen Matson VOTE unanimous
Roy Bros Audit Update – Alissa Fox stated that we are really in need of oil slips from Roy Bros Oil. Chairman Sheats will draft up a letter to send to Roy Bros.
Filling Selectmen Opening – Selectmen Matson stated that Joel Hannon stated that he would be willing to serve. Selectmen Matson said that Mr. Hannon came in second to Gideon Nadeau. Selectmen Matson said another person that would fit the position would be Allan Bailey. Chairman Sheats said he would get ahold of Allan Bailey, Mike Cummings, and Tom Walsh and see if any of them would be willing to serve as Selectmen till March 2016.
6:33 pm Norm Whitney, 156 Marlborough Rd Complaint – Mr. Whitney stated that he had dealings with Brad Hunter. Chairman Sheats stated that he is going to call the NH –DES and see what can be done to stop this. Mr. Whitney said that he had recorded his conversation with Brad Hunter. Chairman Sheats asked Mr. Whitney if he had told Mr. Hunter that he was recording the conversations. Chairman Sheats told Mr. Whitney that it is a felony to record someone and not tell them that you are doing it and that he needs to be really careful. Mr. Whitney stated that he didn’t know that he was recording him that his phone was in his pocket and he didn’t know that he had accidentally hit the button.
