Chairman Sheats called the meeting to order at 3:56 p.m.

Selectmen Matson MOVED to appoint Allan Bailey to fill the Selectmen’s position on the Select Board until the election in March of 2016 SECOND Chairman Sheats VOTE unanimous

Selectmen Matson MOVED to adjourn at 3:59 pm SECOND Chairman Sheats VOTE unanimous
