Chairman Sheats called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.

Selectmen Matson MOVED to go into Non Public Session at 4:06 pm to discuss legal matters SECOND Chairman Sheats VOTE unanimous
Selectmen Matson MOVED to send all materials over to Silas Little SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous
Selectmen Matson MOVED to end the Non Public Session at 4:23 pm SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous

Selectmen Matson MOVED to accept selectmen meeting minutes from September 14th & 16th, 2015 SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous
4:29 pm Robert Spadjinske, Parking of Heavy Equipment at the parking lot located across from Troy Mills Property. Selectmen Sheats explained that Mr. Spadjinske would need to speak with the Troy Redevelopment Group on this matter.
Selectmen Matson informed the Select Board that he will be attending the meeting on September 25, 2015 for the Pipeline
