Selectmen Matson called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Selectmen Bailey MOVED to accept the Selectmen’s Meeting minutes from August 8, 2016 and SECOND Selectwomen Guelcher VOTE unanimous
Chairman Matson MOVED to have public hearing to accept the donation from Elizabeth Giorgianni Trust SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous
Arleigh Greene – have KRT research the property
Ambulance Billing Policy – TABLED
Pelto / Lloyd Properties – No word on closing
Employee Picnic – each Selectmen will let each of their committees know about the picnic
Insurance Certificate for renting community center pavilion – Alissa Fox ask primex if this is necessary
OHRV Ordinance – Public Hearing August 29, 2016 at 5:00 pm
Bandstand in Common – Selectwoman Guelcher would like to get quotes for repairs
Vacant Building Registration – TABLED
Selectmen Bailey MOVED to adjourn at 6:30 pm SECOND Selectwoman Guelcher VOTE unanimous
