SELECT BOARD MEETING MINUTES

TOWN OF TROY

Monday, July 18, 2016 5:00 p.m.

Selectmen Present: Barbara Guelcher, Allan Bailey and William T. Matson

Selectmen Matson called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Selectmen Bailey MOVED to accept Selectmen’s Meeting minutes from 7/11/16 SECOND Selectwomen Guelcher VOTE unanimous

Alfano Letter – Chairman Matson stated that we should have them send one of their employees down to search for paperwork that relates to Mackey Rd.

Chairman Matson MOVED to make copying fee $.15 for if they copy themselves or $.25 for Town Employee to copy SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous

Certified Ambulance Group – Received the email stating what the Ambulance calls are charged out at. Chairman Matson stated that we need Ambulance policies added to agenda to get completed. Selectmen Bailey is going to work on draft of Ambulance policies. Selectwomen Guelcher updated about her call with Attorney Little.

Liz Kelly, Mari Brenner from South Western Regional Planning Commission – Ms. Brenner has been working with the Planning Board on policies for safer streets. Ms. Brenner went over the package of policies that she had been working on with the Planning Board. Chairman Matson MOVED to accept complete streets policy SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous

Website – Looked at Worldwide Computer’s mock-up for the website. Called Gov Connection to set-up conference call for July 25 th at 5:15 pm and have Bruce Summers from Worldwide Computers come in at 6:00 pm.

Chairman Matson MOVED to adjourn at 6:00 pm SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous
