Selectmen Matson called the meeting to order at 4:56 p.m.
Selectmen Bailey MOVED to wait on approving Selectmen’s Meeting minutes for later in the meeting SECOND Chairman Matson VOTE unanimous
Chairman Matson MOVED to allow Bob Williams to dig test pits on Habitat for Humanity property at 117 Prospect St SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous
Chairman Matson MOVED to have Barbara Guelcher speak with Jim Dicey and Bob Norton about DA Brothers charges for fixing the ceiling at the Samuel E. Paul Community Center SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous
Chairman Matson MOVED to abate 2014 taxes of $1537.24 and 2015 taxes of $1406.29 for a total of $2943.53 for Kim and Juan Munoz at 265 Monadnock St for an unfinished house that had been billed as finished SECOND Selectwomen Guelcher VOTE unanimous
Select Board would like Alissa Fox to type a letter to Richard Pelto asking him to remove his Quonset hut from the right-of-way and are giving him till July 13, 2016 or obtain a variance from the Zoning Board of Adjustment
Ambulance Update – Janet McCullough is having a hard time getting TD Bank accounts turned over. Chairman Matson has been in contact with Silas Little.
Chairman Matson MOVED to accept letter and conclusion from Wendy Pelletier at Cardinal Surveyors that the owner of Map 12 Lot 11 also owns Map 12 Lot 3 SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous
Letter from Treasurer, Janet McCullough on how she is going to handle the ambulance accounts. Chairman Matson will forward to Silas Little.
Chairman Matson MOVED to have each department head and 1 Select Board member to form the joint loss management committee SECOND Selectwomen Guelcher VOTE unanimous
Chairman Matson will write-up update of things happening in town for the Troy Town Newsletter.
Selectmen Bailey MOVED to accept Selectmen’s Meeting minutes from 6/6/16 with changes SECOND Chairman Matson VOTE unanimous
Chairman Matson MOVED to adjourn at 5:50 pm SECOND Selectwomen Guelcher VOTE unanimous
