Chairman Bailey called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Present: Marcia Nadeau, Adam Dubriske, Dan Boley, Marc Salova, Kathy Marrotte, Pete Marrotte, Joel Thompson
Chairman Bailey MOVED to accept the Selectmen’s meeting minutes from April 24, 2017 SECOND Selectmen Hopkins VOTE unanimous
Ridley Map 12 Lot 3 & Lot 11 – Selectwoman Guelcher read the letter from Attorney Hockensmith – TABLED
Letter from Mari Brunner – Completes streets seminar
Email from Tom Walsh – summer lunch meals will not be served.
58 West Hill Complaint, Zoning Violation – May 4th is 30 day deadline – Mr. Gauthier called and stated that he had moved his goat pen. Mr. Dubriske showed pictures of goat pen. Mr. Dubriske stated that it is not on his property any more but the set-backs for zoning are not met. Chairman Bailey will draft up another letter to be sent to Mr. Gauthier. – TABLED
Nuisance Ordinance – Selectwoman Guelcher stated that she sent the ordinance to Attorney Little for review – TABLED
Joseph Labrake, Jake brakes – Chairman Bailey will send over a response to send to Mr. Labrake.
Job descriptions – Selectmen Hopkins set-up meeting with Justin Frazier on May 12th, James Dicey on June 9th.
Forensic Audit – Chairman Bailey stated there was some confusion from last week’s meeting. Selectwoman Guelcher is to take a look at the audit report from Vaughn & Claukay and see if there are any other areas that need to be worked on. Chairman Bailey would also like Mrs. Fox to look into doing a forensic audit.
91 N. Main St Letter about Cottage – Mr. Boley wants to use the cabin for 2 or 3 weeks during the summer to come visit from Florida. The cottage will not be rented, it will only be used for house guests.
Skip Hall from EPA, Jim Murphy from EPA, Michael Sullivan from NH Dept of Environmental Services – Troy Mills Landfill Update. Mr. Hall stated that this year is the 10th year of the landfill and it will be turned over to the State of NH. Mr. Hall stated there is a lot of trespassing takes place. Mr. Hall stated that new gates and signs will be put up at the access points and signs to put up on the wetlands areas.

Andrew Mitchell of 135 South St – Chairman Bailey will go thru the numbers and get the total for each year.
