Selectmen Matson called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Selectmen Bailey MOVED to accept the Selectmen’s Meeting Minutes from 4/18/16 SECOND Selectwomen Guelcher VOTE unanimous
Update on Beaupre vs. Town of Troy – Chairman Matson, Bob Hebert and Attorney Mullen will meet on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 4:00 pm at the Town Hall.
Gary Phelps – On behalf of the Memorial Day Committee Mr. Phelps like to invite the Select Board to speak if they would like at the ceremony.
5:30 pm Peggy Ueda & Steve Jackson from The Park Theatre – Mrs. Ueda and Mr. Jackson would like to give the Select Board an update on their progress.
Suzanne Cullen – Mrs. Cullen would like to change the current use of 5 South Main St. Selectwomen Guelcher to call Mrs. Cullen about exemptions she will need to get from zoning board.
Chairman Matson asked Janet McCullough and Aaron Patt to come in to go over some of the financial paperwork for the Town at one of the future Selectmen’s Meetings.
Financial Policy – Select Board needs to work on creating a policy
Mill Parking Lot – Need to take off tax exempt and Shane’s Trucking will have to pay property taxes and the Select Board will back out of the rent
Chairman Matson MOVED to accept Klaus Dickinson’s building permit SECOND Selectmen Bailey VOTE unanimous
