MOTION to approve May 7, 2020 Curtis Hopkins, 2nd Chair Thackston VOTE 2-0-1
MOTION to approve May 21, 2020 Curtis Hopkins, 2nd Chair Thackston VOTE 2-0-1
MOTION to allow Mary Guild to pay for annual Nonprofit Report with the Secretary of State and update Board names to reflect Timothy Wilson as Secretary in place of Timothy Byrnes MOTION: Curtis Hopkins 2nd Tim Wilson VOTE 3-0-0
Update from Letter of intent from Cougar International MOTION: Curtis Hopkins 2nd Tim Wilson VOTE 3-0-0
The Board discussed potential renters for the warehouse portion of Troy Mills. It is necessary for the new potential buyers to discuss with any renters.
