TROY WATER AND SEWER COMMISSIONERS MEETING
December 12, 2018
PRESENT: Bert Lang, Bucky Sheats, Kris Lepisto, Justin Frazier
Meeting called to Order – Bert called the meeting to order at 5:08
REVIEW OF THE MINUTES FROM November 14, 2018 – Bucky made a motion to accept the minutes as read, Kris seconded all in favor. Motion passed
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Conex Box – Justin shared they have not had time to work on, will continue to work on throughout the winter.
2 Gravel Pack Road – Justin shared they did not have time to grade before snow fall, will have a load of gravel brought in and spread with the backhoe.
3. Influent from Mill – Justin will contact Dick Emerbley at NH DES and discuss options with him.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Payroll 12/25 – Rhonda would like to do payroll on 12/21 and handout checks on the same day as we will be closed on 12/24 and 12/25. Bert made a motion to allow Rhonda to run payroll and pass out on 12/21, Kris seconded all in favor. Motion passed.
2. Payroll- reviewed and signed
3. Payables – reviewed and signed
4. General Ledgers – reviewed and signed
5. Adjournment – Kris made a motion for adjournment at 5:15, Bucky seconded, all in favor motion passed
