PRESENT: Bucky Sheats, Bert Lang, Kris Lepisto, Justin Frazier, Carl Patten and Mark Huntoon

Bert called the meeting to order at 5:31

Carl made a motion to go with the new water rates discussed at last month’s meeting. The current rate is $49.50 for 0-500 cu. ft and $4.95
for every 100 cu ft over 500. New rate will be $51.98 for 0-500 cu ft. and 5.19 every cu ft over 500. These new rates will take effect after
the 4th quarter reading in December 2020. Mark seconded. All in favor.

Rhonda put a note in with the 4th quarter billing letting the customers know of the billing increase to take place.

Carl made a motion to go back into regular meeting at 5:42, Mark seconded, all in favor.
